Our innovative personalized approach to medical care management revolutionizes medicine. Our Integrative Medicine model combines Conventional with Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). Addressing your physical and mental concerns utilizing holistic practices that have been shown through research to be safe and effective.

What is CAM? These are Complementary and Alternative Medicine practices that are recommended along with or instead of standard medical care. Our practice is biological based. We teach patients the importance of vitamins, botanicals found in nature, special diets/foods that can be seamlessly incorporated into their lifestyle and routines.

Our Primary Care Clinic accepts some insurances. If the clients insurance is not on the accepted list but still prefers to be treated by our team, the client will be required to pay a flat fee of $150.00 to address family medicine, non acute medical concerns and are honored with unlimited access to a wide number of complementary services that have been traditionally and currently difficult to access within the communities.

These complementary therapy services include: Hormone Optimization and Dermatological Consultation/Medical Aesthetics which are not covered by insurance and are cash based services. We treat every skin type with care.

Our Providers are Board Certified Advance Practice Providers licensed in Washington State. We are members of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Awesome Services!

Shenika Williams ARNP was my PCP for close to 2 years when I first moved to the Tacoma area. I immediately felt at ease with her as she had struggled a little bit with her weight also. She was very positive and encouraging every visit I had with her. I was dealing with a lot of hormonal issues after my ovarian cancer as well as relocation to Tacoma due to my husband being in the Army. I was having some emotional issues as well. Shenika did not instantly judge me after talking to me for a few minutes like many providers do. I definitely trust Shenika in her approach to caring for her patient and thinking outside the box.
