We offer our patients the ability to receive care with our Holistic Packages – Your Comprehensive Wellness Solution. Enjoy personalized care beyond weight loss and primary services, including hormone management, mental health support, and genetic counseling. Elevate your well-being with a program that prioritizes your holistic health. There are 4 tiers:

These packages are for clients who are interested in our multiple services utilizing a personalized comprehensive approach to their visits. 
 
If clients desire 2 or more services: weight loss & primary care or more, A holistic package will be in their best interest.
 
If clients has a high deductible, A holistic package will be in their best interest.
If client opts for a holistic package visit:
 
  1. A personalized holistic treatment plan is created and enacted
  2. There is no contract- Clients are expected to invest in their health and reap the rewards- sustainable health.
  3. Longer appointment time with the provider with 2 concerns at most per visit
  4. Client’s pay for the visit only when seen; there is no reoccurring membership billing.
If client opts for insurance primary care only visits:
 
  1. All primary care visits are billed at $175.00. or greater. The balance is patient responsibility paid prior to appointment/ visit.
  2. All concerns/services would require separate visits. If patient opts to include other services during a visit, services that were not disclosed during check in- they would be required to pay the full cost of service/copays/deductibles for unexpected service time during visit.
  3. All services and products will be billed at full price.
