Do you accept insurance?

Yes- Currently we accept Cigna, First Choice, Optum BH, Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifewise, Sherwood HMO, Global Heritage, Molina Medicaid, Medicare.

What If I have No Insurance

We welcome you! Medical Visits are $120.00 and includes a phone follow up. All services are cashed based. Presently we do not accept insurance for these services and patients are billed directly at the time of their appointment.
  • A superbill can be provided upon request.
  • All major credit & debit cards accepted.
    *You can use Care credit, HSA or FSA funds*.
  • No show policy: 50% of the visit will be billed 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations will be billed at $60.
